Depart from Chengdu and travel west through Dujiangyan, Yingxiu, Wolong, and Balang Mountain toward Siguniang Mountain. Along the way, enjoy the transition from the Chengdu Plain to the high-altitude landscapes of western Sichuan.
Stop at Maobiliang Viewpoint for panoramic views of Siguniang Mountain before arriving at the town. Meet your trekking guide, check equipment, and prepare for the following days of alpine trekking.

Day 2 — Changping Valley • Lama Temple • Mule Camp
Distance / Time: Approx. 12 km trekking / 4 hrs
Altitude: 3,200 m → 3,768 m
Accommodation: Mule Camp
Transfer to Changping Valley and begin the trek from Lama Temple. Follow the trail through alpine forests, valleys, streams, and mountain landscapes while gradually entering the wilderness area beneath Siguniang Mountain.
Continue toward Mule Camp, enjoying views of snow peaks and high-altitude scenery along the route. Arrive at camp in the afternoon and rest before the next day’s longer trekking section.

Day 3 — Mule Camp • Shuida Dam • Turtle Rock • Chazi Valley Camp
Distance / Time: Approx. 14 km trekking / 6–7 hrs
Altitude: 3,768 m → 3,900 m
Accommodation: Chazi Valley Camp
Continue deeper into the mountain wilderness, passing Shuida Dam and Turtle Rock. The trail combines forest paths, alpine meadows, open valleys, and dramatic mountain views.
This is one of the most scenic sections of the route, offering a true alpine trekking experience with constantly changing landscapes. Arrive at Chazi Valley Camp and prepare for the final mountain pass crossing.

Day 4 — Chazi Valley Camp • Mountain Pass • Bipenggou • Chengdu
Distance / Time: Approx. 14 km trekking / 6–8 hrs
Altitude: Highest point 4,668 m
Accommodation: Not Included
Start early and climb toward the mountain pass at 4,668 meters. The ascent is the most challenging section of the trek, rewarding hikers with spectacular views of the surrounding alpine peaks and valleys.
After crossing the pass, descend into Bipenggou and continue through breathtaking alpine scenery toward the sightseeing area. After completing the trek, return to Chengdu in the evening.
