Lead Guide · 16 Years of Inbound Travel Experience

“For over 16 years, I’ve guided travelers across Western China, especially throughout Tibetan regions, highland routes, and remote mountain landscapes.

What I care about most is helping travelers experience these places in a way that feels comfortable, personal, and genuinely connected to local culture — not rushed, overly commercial, or disconnected from real life on the plateau.

From road conditions and altitude changes to local traditions and slower travel rhythms, I try to help every journey feel smoother, more flexible, and more meaningful.”

Explore the Cultural Heart of Lhasa

Visit Tibet’s most important cultural and spiritual landmarks, including the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Barkhor Street, while experiencing the living traditions of Tibetan Buddhism and local daily life.

Journey Across the Tibetan Plateau

Travel through vast plateau landscapes shaped by snow mountains, river valleys, high-altitude passes, glaciers, and traditional Tibetan settlements between Lhasa, Shigatse, and Everest.

Yamdrok Lake & Karola Glacier

Experience two of Tibet’s most iconic natural sights — the turquoise waters of Yamdrok Lake and the dramatic ice formations of Karola Glacier — along the scenic route toward Shigatse.

Mount Everest Base Camp Experience

Arrive in Lhasa and transfer from the airport to the city with guide assistance.

Take the rest of the day slowly to acclimatize to the altitude and settle into the atmosphere of Tibet’s cultural capital.

Day 2 — Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple & Barkhor Street

Begin your Lhasa exploration with the Potala Palace, one of Tibet’s most iconic landmarks and a powerful symbol of Tibetan history, religion, and architecture.

Continue to Jokhang Temple, one of the most sacred temples in Tibetan Buddhism, before walking through Barkhor Street, where pilgrims, local markets, prayer wheels, and traditional Tibetan life surround the old city.

Day 3 — Lhasa to Shigatse via Yamdrok Lake & Karola Glacier

Leave Lhasa and travel across the Tibetan Plateau toward Shigatse, passing some of Tibet’s most memorable natural landscapes along the way.

Visit Yamdrok Lake with its striking turquoise water, continue toward Karola Glacier, and pass through historic plateau towns and mountain scenery before arriving in Shigatse.

Day 4 — Shigatse to Everest Base Camp

Depart early and continue toward Mount Everest through high-altitude plateau roads, mountain passes, and vast Himalayan landscapes.

Weather permitting, arrive near Everest Base Camp in time to experience sunset views of Mount Everest and the surrounding Himalayan range.

Day 5 — Everest Sunrise, Rongbuk Monastery & Return to Shigatse

Wake early for the chance to watch sunrise over Mount Everest, one of the most unforgettable moments of the journey.

Visit Rongbuk Monastery near Everest before beginning the return journey across the plateau toward Shigatse.

Day 6 — Shigatse to Lhasa

Return to Lhasa along the Yarlung Tsangpo River region, passing wide plateau valleys, traditional villages, and mountain landscapes along the way.
