PandaRoaming (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Sichuan Beimianshanpo International Travel Agency Co., Ltd.
By booking any tour, travel package, transportation service, or customized itinerary through PandaRoaming, travelers agree to the following cancellation, refund, and booking terms.
1. Deposit & Payment Policy
Scheduled Tours
For all standard tours listed on our website:
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival before the tour starts.
Customized & Private Tours
For customized itineraries, tailor-made tours, or private travel services:
- A 50% deposit is required after itinerary confirmation.
- The remaining balance is payable upon arrival before the tour starts.
Failure to complete the remaining balance payment upon arrival before the start of the tour may result in cancellation of the booking or refusal of service.
2. Cancellation by Traveler
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
Refund eligibility is calculated based on the date we receive the cancellation request.

3. Non-Refundable Costs
Certain services and fees may be non-refundable once confirmed or issued, including but not limited to:
- Visa application fees
- Tibet Travel Permit processing fees
- Flight tickets
- Train tickets
- Hotel reservations
- Peak season bookings
- Third-party supplier charges
Any unrecoverable expenses already paid to suppliers may be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Cancellation by PandaRoaming
In rare circumstances, PandaRoaming may need to modify or cancel part or all of a tour due to operational, safety, governmental, environmental, or force majeure reasons.
If a tour is canceled by us before departure, travelers may choose:
- A full refund; or
- An alternative tour or rescheduled departure date, subject to availability.
PandaRoaming shall not be responsible for additional personal expenses such as international flights, visa fees, insurance costs, or other independently booked services.
5. Force Majeure
PandaRoaming shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, losses, injuries, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather
- Earthquakes
- Floods
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Political events
- Transportation disruptions
- Flight cancellations
- Tibet travel policy changes
- Border restrictions
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers in adjusting their itineraries whenever possible.
6. Health & Safety Disclaimer
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically fit for the trip.
Certain destinations in China, including Tibet and other high-altitude regions, may involve health risks such as altitude sickness, fatigue, or adverse weather conditions.
PandaRoaming shall not be responsible for medical conditions, injuries, illnesses, or health-related incidents occurring during the trip unless caused directly by proven negligence on our part.
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.
7. Travel Insurance
Our company is covered by AXA Travel Agency Liability Insurance.

For emergencies, insurance claims, or travel incidents, travelers may contact the insurance provider directly or contact our support team for assistance.
8. Transportation & Third-Party Services
PandaRoaming is not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking, or service interruptions caused by airlines, railway operators, hotels, attractions, or other third-party service providers.
All third-party services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective providers.
9. Traveler Conduct
Travelers are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China throughout the trip.
Illegal activities, dangerous behavior, political activities, damage to cultural heritage sites, or actions that negatively affect local communities may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
10. Minors
Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the entire trip.
We do not accept unaccompanied minors.
11. Visa & Entry Responsibility
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring:
- Passport validity
- Visa eligibility
- Compliance with Chinese immigration regulations
- Accuracy of personal travel documents
PandaRoaming may provide visa guidance or Tibet permit assistance, but final approval is determined by the relevant authorities.
12. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider, banking institution, and international transaction processing times.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.
Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
